Description of the Suspect
The suspect was described as a male aged 25 to 40, wearing a black balaclava with a white Nike logo on the left eye, all‑black clothing, and a black backpack.
Arrest and Charges
Police identified the individual as 36‑year‑old Dylan Eldon of Toronto, who was taken into custody on July 28 and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.
Investigation Follow‑up
A search warrant was executed at a residence in the Yonge‑Empress area on Tuesday, resulting in the recovery of evidence linked to the incident, according to a police statement released Wednesday.
