Seven additional suspects have been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Rexdale last month, bringing the total number of individuals charged in the case to seven. The arrests mark a significant development in the investigation into the May 31 killing of Anthony Taylor.
Suspects Arrested
Toronto police announced that all seven suspects are now in custody. The accused include Lincoln Picart, 35, Kyondre Davis, 23, Dejohn Marlin, 23, Gideon Addae, 24, Kobina Ackon, 30, and Daniel Addae, 23, all residents of Toronto. Justin Nichol, 23, was also arrested and is from Mississauga.
Each suspect has been charged with second-degree murder in relation to the shooting death of Anthony Taylor. Additionally, Picart and Gideon Addae face firearms-related charges, specifically possession of a firearm without a license and possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm.
