Police did not identify the target of the shooting, yet InkAS Armored Vehicle Manufacturing confirmed that its Toronto headquarters was the site of the gunfire.
Chief Security Officer Andy Ellis released a statement on Tuesday, saying the early‑morning attack “resulted in damage to the facility.”
He added that the incident was “serious,” but emphasized that no employees, visitors or members of the public were injured and that the building remains operational.
